“Личности стираются. Остается профессиональный функционализм. Да, в конечном счете раздражает этот функционализм. Тем более ценишь людей внутренне свободных. Если в 1990-е годы наша русская телега куда-то покатилась и неясно было куда, но была эта дорога как степень свободы. Свобода была в людях прежде всего. А потом дорога схлопнулась и стала плоской. Сам СССР — это труп великана-людоеда, который не был похоронен. Если сравнивать с послевоенной Германией, там, конечно, Запад помог вырыть могилу и свалить туда все это нацистское прошлое. А у нас в ельцинские годы труп забросали опилками и сказали, что он сам догниет, а нам надо двигаться вперед. А потом выяснилось, что миазмы совка отравили наше настоящее. И мы не можем никуда двигаться, обойти это. Ты хочешь обустроить жилище, покупаешь цветы, платье жене, торт, а тут в углу тухлятина лежит. Что ни делай, а вонь стоит в доме. Включаешь телевизор — лезут эти советские песни, шуточки, фильмы про героических чекистов, мракобесы, восхваляющие Сталина… Стагнация в чистом виде. И все это напоминает 1984 год, Черненко. Это тоже был тошнотворный гипергротеск, и на месте будущего стояла бетонная стена. Двигаться было некуда совершенно. Люди запирались в мастерских, слушали “Голос Америки”, впадали в пьянство. А сейчас едут на Мальдивы, там впадают в пьянство, возвращаются и чертыхаются в пробках: “Что за страна?!””

“If you talk to neuroscientists as a philosopher, you will be introduced to new concepts and find some go them extremely useful. One I found particularly helpful was the notion of metabolic price. If a biological brain wants to develop a new cognitive capacity, it must pay a price. The currency in which the price is paid is sugar. Additional energy must be made available and more glucose must be burned to develop and stabilize this new capacity. As in nature in general, there is no such thing as a free lunch. If an animal is to evolve, say, color vision, this new trait must pay by making new sources of food and sugar available to it. If a biological organism wants to develop a conscious self or think in concepts or master a language, then this step into a new level of mental complexity must be sustainable. It requires additional neural hardware, and that hardware requires fuel. That fuel is sugar, and the new trait must enable our animal to find this extra amount of energy in its environment.
Likewise, any good theory of consciousness must reveal how it paid for itself. (In principle, consciousness could be a by-product of other traits that paid for themselves, but the fact that it has remained stable over time suggests that it was adaptive.) A convincing theory must explain how having a world appear to you enabled you to extract more energy from your environment than a zombie could. This evolutionary perspective also helps solve the puzzle of naive realism.”

Install rss2email script on your server

Download or install package, for Ubuntu it would be:

apt-get install rss2email

Configure RSS2email

r2e new you.12345@m.evernote.com

where you.12345@m.evernote.com is your secret Evernote email

Copy sample config file:

cp /usr/share/doc/rss2email/examples/config.py ~/.rss2email

set UTF-8 as your first encoding

If necessary, change the script to append the name of your Evernote notepad to each email’s subject line:

open /usr/share/rss2email/rss2email.py in any text editor (for example, nano or vim)

replace this line:
msg['Subject'] = Header(unicode(subject), header_charset)

with this one:
msg['Subject'] = Header(unicode(subject+' @Instapaper'), header_charset)

Where Instapaper is the name of your Evernote notepad. You can also add tags, see description in Evernote’s blog.

Add RSS url from step to rss2email by executing this:

r2e add url_of_your_rss_feed

Run rss2email to test if it works:
r2e run

In a couple of minutes your recent Instapaper notes should appear in your Evernote.

Now add cron job:

crontab -e

add line:

*/360 * * * * r2e run

where 360 is number of minutes, meaning „run this script every 6 hours“

Remember there’s a limit of 50 emails to Evernote per day.

С точки зрения теории здесь допускается ошибка в понимании природы любви. Любовь не создается каким-то специфическим «объектом», а является постоянно присутствующим фактором внутри самой личности, который лишь «приводится в действие» определенным объектом.
